John Johnston – “the pounds kept coming off each week!”

As a Prior Marine I have never really had a problem keeping my weight under control. I could run long distances in order to keep the pounds off and stay in peak physical shape. Unfortunately that all changed one day when I discovered that during a certain sprint exercise I actually tore both of my ACL’s. Now I could no longer run due to my knees and the weight started to add up. Fast forward a few years and my weight was the highest that it had ever been. I am 6 foot 4 and weighed 290 lbs. I was miserable. It was listening to 96.7 “The Bobby Bones” show that we hear about Healthe Trim. At first I assumed that this was like all of the other diet pills out there and that it wasn’t for me. I decided to give it a try and started taking Healthe Trim October 2nd. I had a goal in mind of losing about 30 to 40 pounds. It is now May 2nd and I have lost 74 pounds. And the pounds keep coming off each week! I take the minimum of two capsules a day. I have even gotten multiple coworkers to start taking the product due to my results. They are dropping the pounds as well. At first I missed drinking things like sodas and other drinks, but your body learns to crave water again as it should. Since the weight loss I have actually been able to go on short runs again. The pressure from my knees has been lifted and I have started taking pride in my body and my appearance once again. I love taking my wife out on the town now and no longer have to worry about what jacket or “hoodie” I can where in order to cover up my stomach. I am very proud to have taken this product because I am an entirely new person.
