There are some foods that work harder at lowering your cholesterol, controlling your blood pressure and reducing your risk of heart disease than others. Oatmeal

Red Wine and Grape Juice
Both red wine and grape juice contain high levels of antioxidants that help improve your good HDL cholesterol levels: catechins and reservatrol.
Olive and Canola Oil
Olive oil and canola oil both lower in saturated fats than other oils and are considered high in heart-smart monounsaturated fats
Walnuts
Walnuts are packed with heart helpers, like omega-3 fatty acids, vitamin E, magnesium, fiber and heart favorable mono and polyunsaturated fats.
Salmon

Spinach
Spinach contains B complex vitamins and antioxidants that will help fight heart disease, as well as, magnesium that can help lower blood pressure.
Apples
Apples act as an anti-inflammatory and will prevent blood clots.

I just took my first pill this morning and another at 1 p.m. an hour after lunch today. Am I to understand that I can take 2 pills 2 hours before breakfast and then another one or 2 pills an hour after lunch for a total of 2-4 pills per day?
Thanks for the response.
