    I’m wondering, last bottles I had stated to take in morning and afternoon. This last one I received sayes mornings. I thought maybe changes were made but I just received email saying twice day again! Just trying to get best results!!! Also I had set up auto shipping I think so would like to know timing.     Most people have great success taking two capsules a day, either at the same time first thing or splitting them, up one first thing and a second one an hour before or an hour after your lunch, both times with a full glass of water. Either way works, but everyone’s body chemistry is different. Take them in the way that gives you the most appetite suppression and energy. Be sure you drink plenty of water. If you are dehydrated you may have symptoms of dehydration like jitteriness, headaches, nausea, or bloating etc.

    You cannot eat any products that are light because they all contain artificial sweetener. However you can have regular or better yet, Greek yogurt. And cereal with sugar is fine.

    You can have yogurt as long as it is not light. Many of the Gatorade products as well as protein shakes has artificial sweetener in them. You can have both as long as they are sweetened with sugar and not artificial sweetener.

    Honey is fine. Salad dressing is fine as long as it is not lite. Lite dressing has artificial sweetener in it and will negate the effects of the product.

    I haven’t received my pills yet but would like to know, other than squeezing my own juice do you know of any 100% fruit juices sold at stores? Also, I’m not a big water drinker, can I put lemon in the water?

    Yes, you may have coconut water. Yes, you may have sugar, just not artificial sweetener. As far as your hunger issue, I would check this link and make sure you are eating enough food Caloric Intake Calculator

    If you are eating less than your body needs, it will cause your metabolism to slow down and make it very difficult to lose. Also, eating smaller meals and/or snacks throughout the day and including protein at each interval can help to keep your blood sugar level.

    There are offerings in the stores for 100% juice. Just read the labels and avoid “ juice cocktails.” You can put lemon, lime or orange into your water at breakfast or after. Plain water when you take you capsules and for the first two to three hours before eating breakfast.
