    Is there a sample menu somewhere? I would like suggestions of the types of meals and snacks I can eat each day to be most successful. I tried it 3 weeks ago just trying to eat a reduced-calorie diet and didn’t lose a pound. I’m giving it another try and want to follow the recommended foods more closely to maximize my potential success, but I can’t seem to find any daily menu recommendations on your site.

      We don’t have a diet or exercise program. However the important thing is to make sure you are eating the right amount calorically, for extreme to normal fat loss to occur. That, along with your Healthe Trim will give you great results. Doing so will cause your body to plateau.

      Also, it is suggested by the American Heart Association that we all eat 5-6 small meals and/or snacks a day and include protein at each interval. Eating this way keeps your blood sugar level and can also reset your metabolism if it’s gotten sluggish.

    What are the possibility of losing 50 pounds by July if I follow good diet and exercise while taking this? My husband and I are trying to have children; will this effect the chances of conceiving?

      Everyone’s results are different. Most women lose between 8-12 lb a month. Once you find out you are pregnant, you will want to stop taking the Healthe Trim since it has an appetite suppressant in it. You don’t want your baby’s appetite suppressed.

      You need to be 18 to take Healthe Trim. You don’t have to be 18 to lose the weight you’re wanting to lose. We would suggest you start by eating smaller meals, adding some healthy snacks and starting light to moderate exercise, such as walking.

    If I take 2 capsules of HT in the morning, then take 1-2 capsules after lunch, can I take 1-2 capsules of HT Cleanser after dinner? Is there a certain time I should not take the Cleanser? I’m not sure how to incorporate the Cleanser without having to skip the afternoon capsules since it gives me a boost of energy to get through my late afternoon workout.

      Taking two cleanse a day after dinner is fine. Be sure and take two a day for the entire 30 days. It will clean out all 28 ft of your intestines.

      No. You can have water, 100% juice and milk. Personally, once a day I take 100% juice ( an ounce to an ounce and a half ) and pour over a tall glass of ice. Fill it the rest of the way w club soda and then squeeze a little lime into it. Tastes like a pop but won’t negate the effects of the product. You can have any of these but in addition to your 8-10 glasses of pure, plain water.

      You can also squeeze lemon, lime or orange into your water to flavor it. But only after you take your first capsules in the morning and wait the two but no more than three hours to eat. Pure water with your capsules.

      Drinking anything else may greatly minimize or fully negate the effect of the product.

      Our product is for fully grown, fully developed adults who are capable of assuming responsibility for taking our product as directed and for being responsible for the changes in makes in your system, i.e. suppressed appetite and additional energy. As an example, if you are under 18 the extra energy may affect your ability to concentrate in school. With the appetite suppression you may decide that you’re not hungry so you’ll not eat al all, rather than electing to just eat smaller portions. Not eating at all can cause a drop in blood sugar level. Many reasons play into Healthe Trim being a product for adults. These are just a few.

    I have been taking healthe trim for 3 days now. I have had a headache since. Is that normal at first or should I stop taking it?

      Healthe Trim is a thermal booster that works off of your system being hydrated. If you become dehydrated you can have some of the symptoms of dehydration like headaches, jitteriness, nausea, etc. Be sure to drink an entire glass of water when you take a capsule. You may want to split up your capsules, one first thing and a second one an hour before or an hour after your lunch, both times with a full glass of water. Also be sure that you are not in-taking ANY caffeine, decaf, artificial sweetener or anything sweetened with artificial sweetener. All of these things not only dehydrate you but will negate the effects of the product.

    i took this after my first child i lost almost 30 lbs in one month but i went to the dr and my thyroid levels wereso out of wack they sent me to a specialist until i stopped taking them and the levels went back to normal so i know i dont have a real condition, i got them again for about 5 days and ive lost 5 lbs but i think its acting up again should i stop taking them

    If I take HT trim in the morning (7am) and wait till after lunch to take my next HT, which is normally 1:30ish is that too long to wait? When should I take my 2nd dose of the day?

    I have a broken foot and was working out at least 4-5 times a week before the injury. Is there a way to keep my metabolism up when I can’t walk or work out? I just started HT and I am hoping this will help but I am not able to exercise yet because I still have a full cast on. Any ideas?

      This is a coincidence. I too broke my ankle recently and was extremely concerned with not being able to do cardio! First, I hope your foot is healing quickly but next, I would probably start taking the original formula HT as directed (morning and after lunch) and get the full affect of the appetite suppression. I did that and was able to control my portions when eating. You can also continue to do upper body work that will still burn calories. Good luck!
