What advice would you give someone not seeing results?

Make sure you cut out caffeine and take the shield and plex as they really add to your results, and it is ok to increase your intake to 2 in the morning, and I have began exercising to get better results…

Experiment with different things, When I got stuck, I found out that I was not eating enough calories and exercising too much, when I adjusted one or the other accordingly, the weight fell off!

I’m not sure other then Stick with it, the inches came off much quicker then I noticed pounds. And it gave me so much energy before I’d say I was to tired to exercise, it gave me that extra omph to walk,and just started running. Never thought I’d run at 46 ;)

Does this product really work? Is anyone seeing real results?

I didn’t see the results I expected in the first month. In fact, I almost returned the product for a refund! But I decided to stick it out and I lost 25 lbs in 5 months. I’ve been stuck at a plateau for the last month, but I’m continuing to stick it out to meet my goal. It takes just as much willpower as it does a pill… stick with a healthy diet and exercise. The healthe trim just makes it a little easier.

If they are not getting results, they aren’t doing something right. All I did was not eat as much at lunch and cut out cokes. I still drink beer on the weekend and eat a good dinner. I did not exercise anymore than just working. I lost 35 pounds in about 3 months. I have my family taking it and they are losing it too. Its really easy.

If you want to see results faster, change your diet and exercise routine. I am eating much healthier and exercising more than prior to taking HealtheTrim. I have lost 27 in 3 months and feel fantastic! Also cut out soda and sugary drinks.

You need to make sure you take with Plenty of water! My husband and I are both on it and at first I was seeing as much results as him and he was drinking way more water I have increased my water and that has helped! What also has been working for me instead of eating 3 big meals a day I eat 4-5 small or healthy snacks and with taking the healthy trim I have energy all day!! We love it!! I have lost 15 Ilbs and my husband has lost 45 ILBS!!

What are customers saying about the product?

Why not at least give this a try, if you have tried several things before~ this is the ONLY thing I have found that works! I do eat less although I have not really changed my diet and I only get exercise such as mowing the lawn, etc. but never changed to anything extreme. Several people noticed I had lost the 25+ pounds and couldn’t believe it. I was having trouble ever even losing a pound, but this product is great! Thanks so much!

Be patient. Don’t get frustrated. Look over the packet again, maybe you are doing something that you shouldn’t , and you may not even realize it. Call the 800 number and ask questions. Maybe change your diet.

How’s it working for “real” people?

I take 1 pill immediately when waking up, before I even shower. By the time I shower I have energy to get motivated and started on my day. The pill makes me very thirsty so I drink plenty of water, no caffeinated or diet drinks. I used to drink 2 cups of coffee on a daily basis and had NO problems with caffeine withdrawals. I have type 2 diabetes and haven’t had any issues with my blood sugars. I believe since this decreases my appetite it helps in my portion control and cravings for carbs or junk food. I would definitely recommend, and I have, this to my friends.

If you are not seeing results you are probably not using the product properly. I take two in the morning with three glasses of water. I eat a healthy breakfast two hours later. I eat small snacks such as; nuts, fruits, vegetables, etc. throughout the day. I take two in the evening (after work and before the gym). I go to the gym and then eat a healthy dinner following the gym.

I have tried several other diet pills and have not seen the results I have seen with Healthy Trim. Thanks to Healthy Trim, I’ve lost about 15lbs – which I thought I would never see. Interested in receiving more tips from others like you?

Be persistent. If you are not active you may want to briskly walk for 30 minutes every day and evaluate your eating habits and make changes as necessary. I was skeptical at first and was not able to walk due to a foot injury but even before I was able to start walking, I had lost 10 pounds. Be positive!

Cut out the caffeine, watch portion size and drink plenty of water. Remember, it takes 20 minutes for your brain to realize that the stomach is full so don’t keep eating until you feel completely full.

Increase water intake; Determine if you are snacking or falling into cravings in the evening. If you find yourself hungry in the evening, for the next week try taking two capsules in the morning, followed with one in the afternoon (no later than two pm.) I love healthy trim!

Make sure to stay away from the caffeine while taking Healthe Trim … Eat sensibly and get that exercise in … I feel great on this product … but you must follow the company’s guidelines to see the results!

Keep at it. Don’t give up, maybe just add 2 capsules in the afternoon. That’s what I did and it stopped the late night cravings i was having!  I dropped even more weight.

Confirm you are taking it correctly and make sure you give up caffeine. You have to be strong at night when the hunger hits me the hardest. Do things to distract yourself. Also, brush your teeth right after you eat dinner, most people will not want to have to brush their teeth again if they eat something before going to bed.

My best advice is to stay focused on your goal and do not give up. Without a doubt the pills work, but I do not believe they are magical. You have to be diligent about what you are eating. I don’t believe the pills will have the maximum effect if you are not eating right. Exercise, in my experience while on Heathe’Trim, is not a necessity. I keep my calories low on a daily basis, take 2 pills in the morning, and 2 pills in the afternoon/evening and I’ve lost and been able to maintain 20lbs. I’m sure if I added exercise to my routine, I would lose even more, but I’m not interested in losing more, and the fact is I’m just too lazy to make the time to exercise. Stay focused, and don’t give up!

The pills really work – cut down on calories, exercise, have a very light evening meal and you will lose weight! Great, great product. I’ve continued to lose weight without really trying that much. I’m back to High School skinny and loving it!

Be sure to wait at least two hours after taking healthe trim before eating breakfast. I also saw best results when I took the second dose on an empty stomach about 2pm to minimize my appetite in the evening hours

This is a great product. Everyone will lose at their own speed. It took me a little while to get going. I needed to drink all the water and am now losing at a steady rate and still enjoying all the food I like.
