Healthe Trim boosts your metabolism, gives you great energy, burns fat and suppresses your appetite. Once you stop taking it and over time, your metabolism will return to where it once was. You just need to realize this and be prepared to make some adjustments. You may want to exercise an extra day a week. You may want to stay on Healthe Trim in a maintenance regimen, i.e., one capsule a day or one every other day, etc.
What about the question that was asked in reference to not being able to swallow pills? Is there a liquid form of Healthy Trim or can you crush the pills into a powder form and take it without harming your throat, esophagus or stomach?
There is not a liquid form of Healthe Trim. The capsules are a soft gel and most people have no issues swallowing them. There is no reason why you couldn’t open the capsule, pour it into water and consume it in that way. The taste may not be very good, but other than that, no reason why you couldn’t take it that way.

You take them all at different times of the day. Your Plex is taken with food. And the cleanse can be taken after lunch or after dinner. Just follow the instructions on the bottles and you will be fine. Take your Healthe Trim as directed as well.
I have been on Healthe Trim a little over a month. However I have only lost 4lbs. My body weight is normal so I know it’s going to be harder. What do you suggest?
Congrats on the 4 lbs. If you really don’t need t lose weight, you may lose more inches than weight. Go to Caloric Intake Calculator and make sure you are eating enough to burn fat. Be sure not to consume and caffeine, decaf, artificial sweetener or anything sweetened with artificial sweetener, drink lots of plain, pure water and don’t skip meals.
Can you take Healthe Trim with birth control pills? Or will it negate the effects of either pill?
Yes, take Healthe Trim as directed and take your birth control later in the day.
I just ordered a 2 month supply of Healthe Trim. I know that I am supposed to take 1-2 pills in the morning and 1 after lunch. Since the amount you take in a day can vary, how many pills come in a 2 month supply?
Most people have great success taking only two capsules a day, either at the same time first thing in the morning, or
one first thing and a second one an hour before or an hour after your lunch, both times with a full glass of water.
One bottle has 60 capsules, a month supply if you take two a day.
