The Secret to Health is just a Process of Elimination

OK…   I presume by now everyone who has been either following my Coach’s blog, and certainly everyone who is devotedly benefiting from the Healthy Life Sciences (HLS) family of nutritional supplements, understands the basic premise behind the menu of nutritional tools that we deliver.   Healthe Trim helps you take and keep the weight off; Healthe Plex delivers the nutritional supplements necessary for strength and endurance building; and the Healthe Shield delivers some of the most powerful fruit and berry extracts as potent antioxidants that work with the immune system to repair damage from free radicals, delivering benefits like anti-inflammation properties, assist with joint and bone health, and even mental focus.

Since we started HLS two years ago, this trifecta of products delivers what we believed to be the most beneficial nutritional supplement combo on the market.    The only thing is that, despite all of their healthy benefits, and despite the amazing testimonials we have as to these benefits, we have been learning that one key element has been missing.

Weight loss and long-term physical improvement and fitness have always been at the core of our mission; but what we have learned through two years of operating, with two preceding years of research, is that, despite the ADDITION of healthy supplements to our system, most of us have lived long enough (and in some cases hard enough) that the SUBTRACTION of many unhealthy elements in our system is necessary in order to deliver a truly balanced and comprehensive list of tools to truly hit all of the bases.
